Fall 2025 Final Exam Extension

To Students: the registration window for final exams was open from October 27 to November 21; however, students were granted an additional two days, and the MyARC portal officially closed on November 25. At this time, the portal will not reopen for additional submissions.

The testing administrator is currently processing on-time submissions and will begin reviewing late requests early in the week of December 8 to determine how we may be able to accommodate them.

If you missed the November 25 deadline for final exam reservations, please send the following information to arc-testing@georgetown.edu for late request consideration: course name, course number, section number, and instructor name by 11:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025. If you are submitting requests for multiple classes, clearly delineate them so that your request is clear.

Given the volume of email correspondence that the ARC is receiving at this time, students should not expect an immediate response to their messages. The ARC staff will attempt to respond to all late request emails approximately 48 hours before the exam date. Repeated follow-up emails sent either separately or in direct response to your initial email will likely slow down the ARC’s response time. Please provide the ARC staff time to review your requests. You will receive a response either confirming or denying your request.

Finally, please note that making a late request does not guarantee that we will be able to approve it.
