The National Federation of the Blind of Virginia welcome eligible applicants for the 2020 James F. Nelson Merit Scholarship Program.

Up to three scholarships of $1,500.00 will be awarded based on academic achievement, community engagement, and leadership potential.

Application Deadline: Applications must be received no later than 11:59pm Eastern on Friday, September 25th, 2020.
