Fall 2021 ARC Exam Proctoring

Posted in Announcements  |  Tagged ,

The Academic Resource Center will be offering proctoring services on an as-needed basis for the Fall 2021 semester. A proctor will be available in person Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm EST, and Friday 9am-5pm EST in the ARC testing space, located in the Leavey Center, suite 338.

*Please note that the test reservation protocol has changed:

As of 9/15/21, students are responsible for making their own test requests*

Information for Students:

To request to take a test with the ARC, students should:

1. Fill out this form (new window) at least 7 days in advance of their requested testing time.

2. Alert their professor that they requested a seat at the ARC so their professor can supply exam materials as soon as possible.

Please note that after completing the Google Form, students should not expect a follow-up email unless we have questions or need to inform them of a location change.

Students who are taking their exams via Zoom can access the Zoom room here. Students taking exams via Zoom should also review the ARC’s instructions for Zoom exams.

Information for Faculty:

Once students have requested their seat via the form linked above, faculty should use this form (new window) to provide the ARC with their exam materials as soon as possible. If you wish to send exam materials by email, please send them to the ARC’s email account dedicated to proctored exams and testing.

Due to student worker constraints, the ARC is not currently able to deliver completed exams. Faculty or a departmental representative (e.g. a TA) can pick up tests Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm in 338 Leavey Center. Please make sure to bring your GoCard.
